Together we identify the root causes of deficiencies or imbalances that may be making you sick or keeping you from optimal health. By focusing on the foundations of health (digestion, blood sugar balance, mineral balance, hydration, and fatty acids) we work to improve how the foods you eat can enable your body to focus on and possibly reverse or delay chronic illness. I can work with your medical provider to ensure you receive personalized care.
I offer individual appointments to dive deep into how nutrition can best support you, as well as group classes. Schedule a 30 minute consultation to get started. During the consultation, we’ll discuss your situation and I’ll present options for moving forward. Best of all, you’ll walk away with some practical tips to start off with.
There are no meals, pills, shakes or supplements required to purchase. Whenever possible, I will recommend nutrient rich foods, however I may recommend supplementing but purchasing them is always your decision. Supplements are designed to get you sufficient when there is a deficiency, and with proper nutrition long term supplementation should not be required.
Nutritional Therapy is designed to compliment the work you are doing with your physician. We do not treat or diagnose diseases, rather we work to get your body back into balance so the body can begin the work of healing itself.
