Nutritional Coaching using a whole food approach

Individual Clients

When working one-on-one with me, my mantra is Progress Not Perfection. Everyone is on their own journey so I meet you where you are, and that is where we start. Small changes can result in health improvement and we can go as slow or as fast as you want. I have provided an overview of the various products available on an individual basis, but I can always customize something for you. In Office Services:

During the 30 minute Initial Consultation we’ll go over your health history, evaluate your needs, discuss options for moving forward and you’ll walk away with some practical things to start off with.

My full package includes a Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire which is a 300+/- questionnaire that explores the various areas of concern and gives us information to know where to start.  Together we develop a plan of action that works with your goals and lifestyle so you’re not required to eat foods you don’t like or try activities that don’t appeal to you.  The full package includes 3 sessions spread over 6-12 weeks (based on your needs) so we can make changes as your body adjusts.

Follow Up Sessions can be purchased individually or bundled for additional savings.

Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire – This is included in the price of the full package, but can be purchased separately after the Initial Consultation, or anytime after working with me to review your progress.

Additional Services:

Accountability Coaching – weekly food journal review during a 15 minute 1:1 phone call (minimum 1 month)

Pantry Clean out – I’ll come to your home and help you rid your pantry and shelves of unhealthy food and provide you with a “Pantry List” of items to stock.

Meal Planning – Based on your individual needs, I’ll put together sample meal plans to get you started.  Each meal comes complete with a shopping list.

Shopping Lists – in conjunction with the pantry clean out, meal planning or if you just want some ideas for healthy food options, I can put together a shopping list to get you starting on a healthy eating journey.


My Nutrition Thing is located in Bend, OR. Working with me is not limited to Central Oregon. I will arrange to meet with you at a convenient location or online via Zoom meetings.
